Rumtse Tsomoriri Trekking Rumtse is situated 70 Kms east of Leh, the starting point of this trek. Rupshu Valley lies sandwiched between Ladakh in the north, Tibet in the east and Zanskar in the west. It is a part of the Changthang plateau and is characterized by high arid plains, nomads, high pasturelands, snow-capped peaks and beautiful high altitude azure-blue lakes, the largest being Tsokar & Tso Moriri at 4,500 m.
Rumtse to Tsomoriri trek is challenging. It focuses on monasteries,life of Nomadic people and some high altitude Lakes.It starts with the trails that leads you to a river flowing in from the right side. After crossing several widening and narrowing valleys there comes a point where it turns to the north leading to the campsite close to a local nomadic settlement in their traditional life.

Day 5: Kyamar- Tisaling
Day 6: Tisaling – Ponganabu
Day 7: Ponganagu – Nuruchan
Day 8: Nuruchan- Gyamar Barma
Day 9: Gyamar Barma – Gyamar
Day 10: Gyamar – Korzok
Day 11: Korzok – Leh
Day 12: Leh -Delhi
