The trek from Padum to Lamayuru is one of the best treks to encounter a civilization without the modernity impact. The raw culture and traditions of people still intact, along with the great ancient monasteries. The trek takes you through the most remote regions of the worls, the valley of Singge -Lalok nestles in and fortified in the himalayas. The villages/settlements will enthrall you with their beauty of raw life- people flourishing even though so isolated.
The trek begins from Padum, which we will arrive by driving for 2-3 days from Leh. This gives you enough time to acclimatize and slowly introduce you the bhuddist life of Ladakh by visitng the monasteries of Alchi, Lamyuru, Mulbeck, Suru valley, etc.
